AN IRISH RECIPE!!!

Hello friends!!!
Today I'd like to tell you a recipe that I learned in Ireland: POTATO SOUP.
It is not my favourite food but it is ok. I'm gonna explain you how to cook it for six people.

You need:
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 lires / 3pt / 7 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- knob of butter
- salt and pepper
- fresh, choped parsley

Cook the potatoes and onions slowly in the melted butter for about 10 minutes.
Add the stock and seasoning to taste.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
Sieve and retourn to the saucepan.
Serve piping hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
